Academic Arrangement 2026-27

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement as Assistant Professors/Teaching Assistants for the academic session 2026-27 on contract basis as an academic temporary arrangement on a consolidated salary as per University norms. The engagement shall be in five Schools of the Cluster University of Jammu situated in five Constituent Colleges of the University in the following subjects:
 

• BCA
• BBA
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Geography
• Geology
• Mathematics
• Zoology
• Botany
• Linguistics
• English
• Education
• EVS
• History
• Commerce
• Cybersecurity
• Indian Theatre
• Music Vocal/ Instrumental


• The candidates shall apply through University Recruitment portal from 07/07/2026 to 21/07/2026 with an application processing fee of Rs 100/-
  
  The number of vacancies mentioned is tentative, and the University reserves the right to increase or decrease these based on the actual workload. Teaching assistants will be shortlisted only if an adequate number of Assistant Professors (Contractual) are not available as per University norms.
